How we use data
TerokaData only works with data you own or authorise. We do not scrape websites or apps.
- Data comes only from your uploads of your own exports, from platforms' official APIs (today TikTok) with your authorisation, or from data providers under a written licence.
- New platforms and data sources are added only through official channels approved by each platform.
- Each workspace's data is private to that workspace. Your data is never shown to other customers.
- We read order totals to calculate sales; we never store buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers or messages.
- Access tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect your shop or delete your account at any time.
- Every figure shows its source and whether it is reported or estimated. Missing data is shown as "no data", never as zero.
